1st Assigment

Just completed my first assignment for my Education Studies course!
My task was to write 1,500 words about a key reformer which has contributed to the development of the education within the UK. When having a gap year from being in education and this is your first assignment, this 1,500 words has suddenly became a mountain right in front of my eyes.
When it came to deciding what I was going to write about, I believed that for my first assignment I should write something that took my interest, that I have read about and has took my interest, therefore I wrote my assignment on the the contributions of the Foundation Phase towards the education of today. After completing my essay I felt like this mountain become a tiny little rock and that I had panic and myself worry way, too much!

If I could give poeple tips for going about tackling their first assignment I would tell them to stop and take a beather, brake it down and read over the question. To help them manage to get all their points over to the reader, start off with a brain storm and then step by step work through to the end.

What is a Blog??

Here is my view on what I think a blog is.
I'm not going to lie, blogs are new to me and I will try my best to explain what I think about blog's.
Right then what is a blog.....

• It's a place that you can put your own view on things,topics
• express yourself
• It's like a diary
• the public can see your blogs and comment
• you can style your blog to how you like

I guess a blog is a way of letting people have the right to speach to experess themselves but then it can cause people to comment and disagree with your blog which creates conflicted.

Welcome!

Here I am creating my first ever blog.
There's only a few things you need to know about me, im a student at Swansea Metropolitain Univercity studying Educational Studies BA(hons) hopefully become a primary teacher in the future fingers crossed.
I'm originally from Mid Wales and grew up on a farm so living in a city is a big step for me however I'm loving every minute of it, as i am a student i LOVE the night life in swansea, doesnt mean im an alcoholic or anything.
